Our shipping process is as easy as you order and if its already in stock it will be sent out the next day. Depending on the shipping ooption you choose at checkout thats how fast your order will arrive to you. Now our customizer options will take up to 7 days to be made and approved by customer before sending out unless we specified a rush order in our consultation. Only way to do a return is to reach out to us in the contact page and describe what the issue is. Then the process will start we will send out a return shipping label through email. Once item is shipped to us if it has been worn no refund will be issued. If it was tampered with there will be no refund. We here at Naturally Bonaparte Beauty take pics of all orders and document what state they were in before shipping. Now once your package has been inspected we will then determine wether a refund will be sent out.
